Shipping Information

– All orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or UPS. Before shipping, we will send you a photo of your order for confirmation.
– Delivery time is 27 – 35 days from payment, depending on your location.
– Rush orders are available for a 10% surcharge.
– We ship factory direct worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Mexico and Germany.
– Deliveries to remote areas may be subject to additional fees.
– Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses or other restricted areas.
– Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
– If an item is missing or damaged when you receive your package, please contact the courier immediately to file a complaint and request an investigation.
– If an order cannot be delivered because the recipient could not be reached, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to have the parcel delivered again.
